Antique Postcards ~ Roundhouse Buyers????

roundhouse[1]Does anybody at all have a clue what this card is about? I left it rotated on purpose so that it would be larger. Is this some kind of buying drive for War Bonds? Is that a Howitzer round hanging below the sign on the cart? Is that a solitary soldier saluting in the foreground? Hmmm…….

  1. I know a roundhouse in railroad terms refers to the turntable platform where train engines were reversed for trips the other way. I wonder if it refers to that on the postcard.
